В госсобственность Киева вернули почти 96 га земли

8 июня 2011 года Хозяйственный суд Киева удовлетворил иск Генеральной прокуратуры Украины о признании недействительными решения Киевского горсовета, согласно которым кооперативу Забудовник был передан бесплатно в частную собственность для строительства жилья земельный участок площадью 95,79 га.

На веб-сайте Генпрокуратуры сообщается, что по результатам проверки установлены многочисленные нарушения требований законодательства при получении в 2007 году вышеуказанным кооперативом земельных участков в Деснянском районе Киева.

Кроме того, в сообщении говорится, что решением Киевского горсовета от 1 октября 2007 года указанному кооперативу вопреки требованиям Земельного и Жилищного кодексов Украины были переданы земли на ул.Пуховской общей площадью 95,79 га, в том числе 82,86 га бесплатно в частную собственность для строительства жилья, 8,06 га – в краткосрочную аренду на пять лет для жилой застройки и 4,87 га – в долгосрочную аренду на 49 лет для рекреационных целей и благоустройства территории.

Как сообщается в дальнейшем указанный кооператив передал земельные участки, предоставленные ему в частную собственность, в уставный капитал других обществ.

Согласно данным Генпрокуратуры, с учетом предыдущих судебных решений по искам Генпрокуратры Украины, Хозсудом Киева отменены незаконные решения Киевсовета о передаче обслуживающим кооперативам свыше 1,5 тыс. га земли природно-заповедного и историко-культурного назначения стоимостью свыше 2,1 млрд грн.

Losing Weight Quickly, Feeding Your Family of Four With $100 a Week

Feeding a family of four with $100 a week can help give your family financial freedom. You can also lose weight by staying within your grocery budget? My goal when I started this was to have a challenge. I wanted to be able to take my favorite thing which is food and have some fun with it. This may sound strange but I found grocery shopping to be very enjoyable. I prefer to shop for food when most people are not at the grocery store.

For us food lovers, cooking is beyond just feeding ourselves and our families, it is a passion. This passion can lead to the consumption of a lot of great food which can also lead to weight gain.

Today for some strange reason, I decided to step on the scale. The real truth is I need to lose a couple pounds I know it but prefer not to make a big deal about my weight. I waited until everybody was gone from the home, this way nobody could hear me slide the scale on the tile floor. I know my weight number, I was hoping to be the same or maybe down a pound.The reality is I am down 7 pounds in the two weeks that I have been writing these articles and blogging. Could it be that article writing caused me to lose weight? I highly doubt it. The weight could be melting away from sitting down and writing a goal that I am responsible to stick to this budget. I hope so but we know the caloric burn from writing is not that much. We are simply eating less, we are not another starve yourself by eating less. We are a cook less food by buying less food.

I have learned one powerful secret when it comes to this $100 a week budget thing and it is this. Do not eat all of your primary food in one sitting. Leave enough food so you can have another meal with your primary food. This means if you are cooking a roast chicken for dinner, Do not eat it all. Leave enough chicken to make salad sandwiches, noodle soup, or another dinner. This will save you time from having to cook another whole meal. I do this with beef roasts all the time. I will buy a larger cheaper cut of meat at the grocery store and cook the whole thing in my slow cooker so it comes out tender and flavorful. The important part is I will take a three pound roast and will serve one pound per meal.

Now that I use a slow cooker I eat a lot more vegetables. We all know vegetables are good for you. I never would have though vegetables would help In me losing weight while eating great food. The results are weight is melting away by sticking to the $100 a week budget for a family of four!

How to Stop Binge Eating and Avoid Weight Gain

If you are eating because you are bored, stressed, or depressed you are binge eating. Why should I stop binge eating? Well it can and will lead to weight gain overtime. A binge can last for as little as a few hours to days, even weeks at a time. If you maintain your current weight, you need to stop. This article will address several ways on how to stop binge eating.

The first step you should take is stop unhealthy binge eating. Eliminate unhealthy junk foods from your home. Fill your home with healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. If you must binge, eat healthy foods only to help avoid weight gain.

You should keep all foods in the kitchen and out of site. The more you see food, the more likely you are to want food. Many people binge because they are not paying attention to if they are really hungry or not. You could be watching a television program with a bag of chips in your lap. Before you know it, the whole bag is gone. Your mind was occupied by the television program. This is why it is very important to keep all your foods in the kitchen and only eat at the dinner table.

You can help stop binge eating by drinking more water throughout the day. You should drink 8-12 glasses of water each day. Drinking water will fill your stomach up and reduce hunger. Drink plenty of water between means and plenty of water before a meal. Do not think you can go drinking soda or unhealthy drinks. Drink water only.

Boredom can lead to heavy eating. If you are not doing anything and you feel the sudden urge to eat, find something to occupy your time before you actually go and eat anything. If you binge every time your stressed or emotional your forming a habit. Many people consciously know they are overeating but tell themselves, I'll just stop when I am no longer stressed or emotional. This is not the right mindset to have.

People who binge often lack any self control. It is you alone that tells yourself to eat, and it is you alone who can just as easily tell yourself not to eat. You must strengthen your will power to stop binge eating. Before you eat anything ask yourself, do I really need this? Am I really hungry? Can I go without having this? Feel your body out and answer these questions. If you feel like you are going to go crazy if you do not eat something, grab an apple instead junk food. Also as long as you are chewing your mind thinks your eating. You can try chewing sugar free gum and trick your mind.
